BTWN's in-office program is currently spread out for 10 days over one month. However, BTWN will keep working with seekers until they've found their next opportunity.

Even if you don't have time to take on being a full-time mentor, we're always looking for professionals to speak to our seekers. Drop us a line on our contact page!

Nope! We don't charge hiring organizations anything to hire our candidates.

You are only charged if your employee accepts the offer to join the program.

We'll work with you to find the best plan for your outplacement needs. And as always, you'll only pay if one of your employees accepts enrollment into the program.

If you've gotten an email, just reply to confirm, and we'll respond with the start date for your program. We'll email you further instructions on where and when exactly to show up.

No problem! We totally understand that schedules are flexible - and hopefully you'll start lining up meetings and interviews shortly after the start! We'll send you notes and work with you to make up any missed time if you so choose.
